Talking about practice: Recognition of prior learning pathways


Summary

This resource contains a three-part video that tells the stories of experienced educators who have only recently gained their first formal qualifications in early childhood education, and shows how recognition of prior learning (RPL) helped ease their path through study. In ​a supporting document, educator Neville Dwyer explains the impact of the National Regulations for educator qualifications on his service, and how RPL supported his educators to gain qualifications.
